מסגרת הכללה בסל התרופה תינתן לטיפול במקרים האלה: מושתלי כליה; מושתלי לב; מושתלי ריאה; מושתלי כבד;2. הטיפול בתרופה לגבי פסקת משנה א (1) עד (4) ייעשה לפי מרשם של רופא מומחה באימונולוגיה קלינית או רופא מומחה העוסק בתחום ההשתלות.
