המחלקה לניהול סיכונים ומידע תרופתי של משרד הבריאות מבקשת לעדכן את הצוות הרפואי לגבי הפסקת שיווק זמנית של התכשירים הבאים, תוך היערכות מתאימה למסחור על ידי שקילת החלופות האפשריות בכל מטופל:

Otarex 25 mg

(Hydroxyzine Hydrochloride 25 mg tablets)

התכשיר רשום בישראל להתוויה הבאה:

Anxiety and tension. Pruritus. Behavior disturbances in children. Preoperative sedation.

הפסקת שיווק הינה זמנית מסיבות תפעוליות, מחודש יוני 2014 ועד לחודש אוגוסט 2014. לא קיימים תחליפים דומים בשוק.

Naxyn 500 mg

(Naproxen 500 mg tablets)

התכשיר רשום בישראל להתוויה הבאה:

• Relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatic diseases including osteoarthritis ankylosing spondylitis of
• Rheumatoid arthritis both in the treatment of acute flares and in the long-term management of the disease.
• Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis.
• Periarticular and musculoskeletal disorders
• Relief of pain in bursitis tendinitis synovitis tenosynovitis and lumbago.
• Relief of pain swelling tenderness and fever in acute gouty Arthritis.
• Relief of symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea.

Clothree

(Clotrimazole 200 mg vaginal tablets)

התכשיר רשום בישראל להתוויה הבאה:

Vaginal fungal infections caused mainly by candida species. Vaginal infections caused by trichomonas and microorganisms sensitive to clotrimazole.

Topiramate Teva 50 mg

(Topiramate mg tablets)

התכשיר רשום בישראל להתוויה הבאה:

Topiramate Teva is indicated as adjunctive therapy for adults and children aged 6 and above with partial onset seizures or generalized tonic-clonic seizures . Topiramate teva is also indicated in adults and children as adjunctive therapy for the treatment of seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome . Topiramate Teva is indicated as monotherapy in patients with newly diagnosed epilepsy in adults and children aged 7 years and above or for conversion to monotherapy in patients with epilepsy. Topiramate Teva is indicated in adults for the prevention of migraines . The use of Topiramate Teva in the acute treatment of migraine has not been studied.

Famotidine Teva 40 mg

התכשיר רשום בישראל להתוויה הבאה:

Treatment of Duodenal Ulcer, Benign Gastric Ulcer, Pathological hypersecretory conditions such as Zollinger-ellison syndrome, Gastroesophageal reflux disease. Prevention of relapses of duodenal ulceration.

Anti-inflammatory, anti- rheumatic, analgetic.

הפסקת שיווק הינה לצמיתות ומסיבות מסחריות, מחודש מאי 2014. תכשירים אחרים בשוק בעלי הרכב זהה של חומרים פעילים: Profenid 50 mg capsules.

Morphine injections 20mg/ml

(Morphine sulfate 20mg/ml solution for Epidural, IV, Intrathecal injection)

התכשיר רשום בישראל להתוויה הבאה:

Morphine injection 20 mg/ml is a systemic opioid analgesic indicated only for IV, epidural and intrathecal infusion in the treatment of intractable chronic pain. It was developed for use in continuous microinfusion devices and the dosage requirements of the individual patient. Morphine injetion 20 mg/ml is primarily intended for patients who are opioid -tolerant. Morphine sulfate administered epidurally or intrathecally provides pain relief for extended periods without attendant loss of motor, sensory or sympathetic function.

הפסקת שיווק הינה זמנית ומסיבות תפעוליות, מחודש מאי 2014 ועד חודש אוגוסט 2014. תכשירים אחרים בשוק בעלי הרכב זהה של חומרים פעילים: קיים התכשיר Morphine Hydrochloride 20mg/ml של חברת טבע, אשר מאושר להזרקה IM ,IV או SC בלבד. התכשיר אינו מיועד למתן Epidural, Intrathecal.

מאחר ותכשיר מורפין של חברת רפא אינו מכיל חומר משמר ולפיכך הינו היחיד שמאושר למתן אפידורלי/ ספינלי - עד לחזרת התכשיר לשוק, אנא השתמשו בו למתן אפידוררלי / ספינלי בלבד. במקרים אחרים יש להשתמש בחלופה.
