- Metastatic RET Fusion-Positive Non-Small Cell Lung CancerRETEVMO is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with metastatic RET fusion-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
- RET-Mutant Medullary Thyroid CancerRETEVMO is indicated for the treatment of adult and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older with advanced or metastatic RET-mutant medullary thyroid cancer (MTC) who require systemic therapy.
- RET Fusion-Positive Thyroid CancerRETEVMO is indicated for the treatment of adult and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older with advanced or metastatic RET fusion-positive thyroid cancer who require systemic therapy and who are radioactive iodine-refractory (if radioactive iodine is appropriate).
- Other RET Fusion-Positive Solid TumorsRETEVMO as monotherapy is indicated for the treatment of adults with advanced RET fusion-positive solid tumors, when treatment options not targeting RET provide limited clinical benefit, or have been exhausted.

מסגרת הכללה בסל
- א. התרופה תינתן לטיפול במקרים האלה:
- 1. סרטן של בלוטת התריס, בשלב מתקדם או גרורתי, מסוג RET-fusion positive, בחולים הזקוקים לטיפול סיסטמי, העמידים לטיפול ביוד רדיואקטיבי;
- 2. סרטן מדולרי של בלוטת התריס, בשלב מתקדם או גרורתי, מסוג RET-mutant, בחולים הזקוקים לטיפול סיסטמי.
- 3. סרטן לבלב בשלב מתקדם, בחולים שהם RET fusion positive, לאחר מיצוי אופציות טיפול אחרות שאינן מכוונות ל-RET.
- ב. במהלך מחלתו יהיה החולה זכאי לטיפול במעכב RET אחד.
- ג. מתן התרופה האמורה ייעשה לפי מרשם של מומחה באונקולוגיה או באנדוקרינולוגיה או ברפואת אף אוזן גרון.
