Oxaliplatin in combination with 5 fluorouracil (5 FU) and folinic acid (FA) is indicated for: • Adjuvant treatment of stage III (Duke's C) colon cancer after complete resection of primary tumour. • Treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer.
