התוויה	Montelukast Inovamed is indicated in pediatric patients 6 to 14 years of age for the prophylaxis and chronic treatment of asthma including prevention of daytime and nighttime symptoms the treatment of aspirin-sensitive asthmatic patients and the prevention of exercise-induced bronchoconstriction.Montelukast Inovamed is effective alone or in combination with other agents used in the maintenance treatment of chronic asthma. Montelukast Inovamed and inhaled corticosteroids may be used concomitantly with additive effects to control asthma or to reduce the inhaled corticosteroid dose while maintaining clinical stability. Montelukast Inovamed is indicated for the relief of symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis in adults and pediatric patients 6 to 14 years of age.

Montelukast Inovamed and inhaled corticosteroids may be used concomitantly with additive effects to control asthma or to reduce the inhaled corticosteroid dose while maintaining clinical stability. שימוש בסל תאריך הכללה בסל 01/01/2000 מסגרת הכללה בסל התרופה האמורה תינתן לטיפול באסטמה קלה ובינונית ובהתקיים כל התנאים האלה: למטופל מלאו שנתיים ומעלה. המטופל משתמש בסטרואידים במתן פומי או בשאיפה. התחלת הטיפול בתרופה תהיה על פי הוראתו של רופא מומחה ברפואת ריאות ילדים או מומחה באלרגיה. הטיפול בתרופה האמורה ייפסק לאחר שלושה חודשי טיפול אם לא חל שיפור במצבו של המטופל כפי שייקבע על בסיס תפקודי ריאות או לאור הפסקת הטיפול בסטרואידים.
