Infiltration anesthesia and nerve-block in dentistry. Mepivastesin is indicated for simple extractions as well as cavity and stump preparations. Mepivastesin is especially suitable for patients to whom vasoconstricting additives are contra-indicated especially for the treatment of circulatory - labile patients.
