התוויה	For the treatment of anemia associated with chronic renal failure in adults and pediatric subjects 11 years of age and older.14/10/2013 בקשה לשינוי משטר המינון Extend the dosing schedules to once monthly (QM) administration for anaemia in the correction phase in adult patients (over 18) with CRF not on dialysis:’’Alternatively, in patients not on dialysis the following initial doses can also be administered subcutaneously as a single injection: 75 ?g/kg once every two weeks or 1.5 ?g/kg once monthly’’
